Session Descriptions and Information

An announcement mini will last twenty to thirty minutes at an outdoor location of your choice or in your home.

A maternity session will last about an hour at an outdoor location of your choice or in your home.

In-home sessions are usually conducted in the mid to late morning. The room(s) you choose for the session should have a window and get good, natural light.

Outdoor sessions are conducted either in the evening or early morning. If you are unsure of a location, I can make suggestions.

A fresh 48 newborn session will last any where from two to three hours and will take place where you deliver your child. We will be subject to the rules and requirements of the delivery location for guests and timing. We will take our time and work around mom and baby's needs - there is no rush. Guests not in the photos should plan to come after we complete the session.

A lifestyle newborn session will last any where from two to three hours and will take place in the baby's home. We will primarily work in the nursery, bedrooms, and/or living room. The room(s) you choose for the session should have a window and get good, natural light. We will take our time and work around mom and baby's needs - there is no rush.

Siblings and pets are always welcome. If you bring a pet to an outdoor session, it's good to have someone (who won't be in the photos) to help supervise the pet when they are not being photographed.
